We require a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per person payable by credit/debit card or cheque at time of reservation.
We wish to remind our guests that a booking represents a contract between themselves and Pool House. In the event of a cancellation or curtailment, a further charge may be incurred if we are unable to re-let the room. Holiday insurance plans are enclosed with letters of confirmation.
