Weekends Please note: that a minimum 2 night stay applies at weekends. Dinner Dinner is a set five course menu and is served at 8pm. We are happy to accommodate vegetarian or coeliac diets if informed at time of booking. Guests are kindly requested to dress smartly for dinner as casual clothing such as denim and t-shirts are not permitted in the dining room. Check In Check in is from 3pm onwards, if you arrive earlier we will be delighted to store your bags for you whilst you explore the area. Check out is 11:30 am Monday to Saturday and noon on Sunday. Please advise at time of booking if you plan to arrive after 6pm. Due to a change in Scottish Law smoking is now strictly prohibited in any area of Pool House and guests are requested not to bring cigarettes or cigars onto the premises. Conditions of Booking We require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the first nights stay, payable by credit or debit card at time of reservation. We wish to remind guests that a booking represents a contract between themselves and Pool House. In the event of a cancellation or curtailment a further charge may be incurred. We strongly advise guests to take out travel insurance against unforeseen cancellation. This can be done online at www.cancellationplan.com quoting Agent 11341 or you may request a cancellation plan from reservations.
